Sri Harsha Allamraju, former CTO, takes charge of product and commercial functions across key markets as X0PA AI scales its agentic AI hiring platform.

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- X0PA AI, the Singapore-headquartered AI-powered talent acquisition platform, today announced the appointment of Sri Harsha as President. He will report to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nina Alag Suri.

In his new role, Sri Harsha Allamraju assumes responsibility for all product and commercial functions across the company's four operating regions, together with operational execution of X0PA AI's growth plan. Nina Alag Suri will continue to lead corporate strategy, capital, mergers and acquisitions, and global go-to-market. The change takes effect immediately and consolidates product, engineering and commercial reporting lines under a single executive.

Sri Harsha Allamraju joined X0PA AI in 2019 as VP Engineering and subsequently grew into the role of Chief Technology Officer. He has been central to the company's technical and operational discipline through a period of rapid expansion. He has led technical due diligence across X0PA AI's acquisition programme and shaped the platform architecture underpinning the company's AI products, AI Recruiter and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. He also took on cross-regional operational responsibility as the business scaled from its Singapore base into India, the UAE and the UK.

"This appointment recognises what has already been true in practice," said Nina Alag Suri, Founder and CEO of X0PA AI. "Harsha has consistently owned the decisions that determine whether we deliver - on product quality, on customer outcomes, on the technical integrity of what we build. Elevating him to President puts decision-making closer to the work and gives our customers and our team a single point of accountability for execution. It also helps me to focus on the strategic and capital agenda that will define X0PA's next phase."

"X0PA was built on a simple conviction: that hiring should be evidence-based, transparent and fair," said Sri Harsha Allamraju, President of X0PA AI. "My focus is on making that conviction operationally real at scale - shipping technology our customers can trust, holding to a high bar on delivery, and building an engineering and customer organisation that performs consistently across every market we serve. I'm grateful to Nina and the board for the confidence, and to a team that has earned every bit of the momentum we now have."

The appointment comes as X0PA AI continues to expand its footprint with governments, academic institutions and enterprises across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe, and as the company advances its agentic AI product line for end-to-end recruitment automation.

X0PA AI was established in Singapore in 2017 and opened its India office in 2018. It was accredited by IMDA in 2019, established its UAE presence in 2020, and opened its UK office in 2021. X0PA AI is compliant with the AI Verify Framework. Every decision the platform produces is documented and reviewable, a requirement in the public-sector and higher-education procurement processes the company serves across Singapore, India and the UAE.
